Everyone needs a mentor or a guide once in his/her life whether it is in form of a Teacher, Friend, Parents or Partner. Similarly , our children and youth also have more need of guidance & counselling in their field of interest like education & career.
So, Paropakaram has one more program for career counselling. Guidance and counselling are important for children as they bring out the best in them. In rural areas there is no one who can help or guide or counsel the students in their field of interest like education, games, competition exams or jobs etc. So, we have started Career Counselling Programs in which the students are advised on how to cope with different situations they tend to face in their school life. For instance, how should they talk politely or relate with their peers, what career choices they can make, what options are available for them etc. Paropakaram helps all those who need guidance and counselling in their career, in their study fields, course selection, exam preparation for competitions etc. and give them a direction towards their goals. This program protects and saves various lives from misleading career goals and saves time, effort and money in order to put it in the right direction and in the right way.

Talent Khoj Pratiyogita :
In talent khoj pratiyogita we organize various competition programs related to education, activity, Games, sports and promote them to be an expert in their fields. We offer the various free courses as per their requirement to the winner of the competition and distribute prizes among them.
